Get treated regularly and get notified via text message and/or email of your next scheduled appointment so you never miss a treatment!
Your membership can be canceled at any time. Should you decide to cancel your plan, you will owe the remaining total cost of treatment services rendered.
Once your membership is successfully canceled, any refunds will be processed to the payment method you’ve selected for your membership.
