We’re located on the outskirts of Louisville, just of I-71, so you don’t have to fight traffic to get to us. Vibrant Med welcomes patients from Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, and even farther away, because they know they’ll be treated exceptionally.
We set aside approximately double the time for each patient than would be allocated at other medical spas. That lets us really get to know you, and what you want to accomplish by coming to us. We make sure we listen carefully, and craft a treatment plan that’s right for you.

BOTOX Cosmetic delivers very predictable, subtle results, so you look like you, only with less noticeable facial lines. You may begin to notice visible smoothing of frown lines, forehead lines, or crow’s feet within 24 to 48 hours, with the full smoothing effect completed in a few days.
PLEASE NOTE: BOTOX Cosmetic treatments, like all neuromodulators, are temporary, lasting three to four months. At that point, they will need to be re-administered to maintain the smoothing effect.
