A typical day for Kathy Dickson, aesthetician extraordinaire, might include anything from helping people freeze stubborn fat with CoolSculpting®, to rejuvenating their skin with facials or peels, and sprinkling in some dermaplaning, microneedling, and laser treatments…and that’s all before lunch!
A lover of all beautification methods available in the medical aesthetics industry, Kathy happily spends her days helping clients achieve their most sought-after beauty goals. A graduate of PJ’s College of Cosmetology, she is a certified laser technician and has numerous other certifications including HydraFacial, microneedling, and is also a PCA skincare specialist, among a host of other skills.
But no matter which treatment she utilizes, Kathy makes it a point to simply focus on the end result of helping people love their reflection in the mirror.
“I just love for people to be happy about changes they see,” she said. “That’s what makes it all worthwhile for me.”
Kathy will be the first to tell you she has a true passion for a full range of skin care, and that shows in the detailed attention she provides each client. She’s a firm believer that the daily use of medical-grade products, in conjunction with corrective and maintenance treatments, will ultimately help each client achieve the results they desire.

Though attaining beautiful results for clients is always the objective, the thing Kathy values most are the personal connections she develops with each patient in her care.
“I’m a people person,” Kathy said. “Sometimes people just need someone to listen to them. This is a very intimate setting, and my appointments are usually pretty long. It’s important for me to understand where people are coming from in order to make them happy.”
And thanks to constant advancements in the world of aesthetics, there’s no shortage of ways to achieve those happy outcomes, yet another reason Kathy loves coming to work every day.
“I love this industry. It’s ever evolving,” she said. “There’s nothing about it that I don’t like.”
