Hillary Arney is essentially at the center of keeping everything running smoothly at Vibrant Med. As our rock star receptionist, she’s also the first friendly voice you’ll hear when you call our office. Hillary wears many hats in her all-encompassing role, from scheduling appointments to answering client questions to assisting owner Erica Chowning on the business side of things (among other important duties). Plus, she does it all with style and a sunny disposition.
Hillary was born and raised just down the road in Carrollton, Kentucky, where she enjoyed a typical small-town upbringing. Much of her time was spent hanging out with friends and relishing in any fun activities having to do with water during the summer months.
Though she’ll tell you she didn’t really have an inkling that nudged her to a career in aesthetics early on, Hillary has always taken pride in her own skin care, even proclaiming to be a product junkie.
“I’m definitely a long-time consumer, for sure,” she said. “I love skin care, and now I’m dipping my toe into the wonderful medical-grade options available at Vibrant.”
With her professional background in industries such as legal, banking, and even veterinarian domains, Hillary accumulated a great deal of valuable business management experience. It’s those skills that she delights in bringing to the table at Vibrant Med to help keep operations running in tip-top shape. Aside from the business component, Hillary also takes pride in being part of a team that fosters such joy in people’s lives.
“I love helping people feel as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside,” she said. “I really enjoy brightening their day and helping them feel the best they can about themselves.”
Hillary knows from her own experience how having self-confidence in your appearance can impact many other areas of your life. That’s precisely why she takes her role at Vibrant Med very seriously.
“We all want to look like we touched the fountain of youth,” she said. “I want to see my own skin brightened and radiant, and I want that for our clients as well. I think everybody wants to feel appreciated, loved, and just feel good. When we don’t feel like our outside reflects that, it’s harder to walk through the world. So I like to help people walk through the world with their head held high.”
When Hillary isn’t at the office brightening the days of our clients, she and her husband spend as much time as they can with their three beloved dogs as well as watching or attending various sporting events. She’s also a big movie buff, so feel free to strike up a conversation with her about your favorite flick when you check in for your appointment.
